I stayed at Riu Dunamar in April 2025 and had a very poor experience. Staff dismissed every issue I raised because I booked through Expedia, offering no help when I needed support. I left four nights early, feeling ignored and unwelcome.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Food was good but more restaurant options would be nice. I’m not a fan of buffets, although there were so many options I never was hungry. Other than that, a wonderful stay!

I was so impressed with my stay! It was so clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. The only down side i can think of is that the resort is about 30 min from the hotel zone but there’s plenty to do on the resort so that didn’t matter much anyways. They have shows and activities going on all day and night i had a blast!

Perfect! Fulfilled all my dreams for a fantastic family vacation with my two teens and husband. Superior service, great food, no reservations needed at any restaurant, always a lounge chair available at the beach and pools, always something to do, grounds were impeccable, I could go on and on. I relied on reviews while searching for a trip and all the reviews lived up to every word of how amazing RIU is. I highly recommend a trip to Dunamar and hope to return soon. Thank you RIU for memories that will last a lifetime!

Stayed in a 4th floor suite, and the view from the room was fantastic. Loved the huge ocean-facing balcony. Also loved the waterpark and the separate family and adult pools. Beach was good-sized and beautiful. There were always chairs available, which was nice because we’d move from beach to pool to waterpark all in a day. The food and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Es un hotel muy cómodo con buen comida, el servicio no es tan bueno pero asumo que por ser temporada alta eso pasa. Albercas de niños y para solo adultos y la playa bonita.
