Staff at morning and mid day buffet were excellent with Pacho and Lilliam . the lounge bar with Alfredo and Phillipe the same. As it was only my wife and I I would say the only negative was the delineation between adults and children. One pool was not enough for adults whereas the children had the waterpark and 2 other pools

I was traveling with my children, and I found the design of the shower area problematic. The glass doors were not opaque enough, which made it uncomfortable to use the shower with my daughters present in the room. I had to cover the door with a blanket to ensure privacy. While this setup might be ideal for couples, it doesn't offer the necessary privacy for families or friends sharing a room. I believe more consideration should be given to different types of guests

Only problem with the hotel is the soundproof. You can 100% hear when people walk by the hallway. Especially when there’s activities at 9-10pm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cancun. Everything was perfect — the facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel welcome and cared for every single day. The food was delicious, the pool area was beautiful, and the location was great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cancun. I would definitely come back!

The hotel is great. Excellent food. The staff is very nice. The entertainment program was very nice. For those with kids or young people it is great since you have access to the water park right there. We didn't enjoy the ocean because they didn't clean the beach. Something easy to avoid but it was full of algae.
