Overall happy with our experience. It was clean and beautiful. The service was great, didn’t have one rude employee, they were all so attentive and hard working. Please remember to tip them. There were a few restaurants that weren’t my favorite, the quality of food was mediocre at times but then the last two we ate at were really good so it changed my mind. The beach was nice and calm with a nice area to swim. I would recommend this place, I think it was decent overall for the price. I guess if I had to say anything a little negative was the entertainment - it was a bit corny but still fun.

The staff is friendly, they are constantly cleaning, our room was always cleaned and well-stocked. The specialty restaurants were ok, although the Japanese restaurant was above average. The buffet was absolutely amazing. Entertaining at the main pool with tons of activities and the evening was quiet. The shows are good and the staff is entertaining.

Ordered transportation to and from the airport thru Expedia.Got screwed from mts transport from the resort to to the airport. The driver didn't speak English and dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Then where he dropped us off another guy running a private taxi charged us $50 extra to get us to the right terminal. A huge scam and fraud. Mts sucks.

At any RIU, though I always visiting AO, they knows how to do it. Food at the buffet is their forte. Excellent champagne 🍾 Mexican btw, parties, entertainment, services ppl ate there for you. Just came from RIU palace las America in Cancun. Good job, see you in November at RIU Latino Cancun.(mujeres)

Great 4 night stay, the pool was jumping the food was outstanding. The restaurants have some wait times but the my go above and beyond even mad my wife some fresh made to order chili reanos . Although it was spring break the vibe was still nice and upscale

The staff and service were excellent. Everybody was very attentive and extremely helpful. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms are just a little outdated decor wise but other than that my husband and I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning. The RUI will now be our go to properties only! We also love the fact that you can go to different properties and enjoy other experiences.

The food was delicious, all of the dining experiences were different and fun, our room was cleaned daily, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. RIU parties were a good time, as well as the beach volleyball. We will be back!
