Overall we had a bad trip but staff was friendly. On 6/27 when we checked in everything was fine but on that night once we got back to the hotel, the bathroom was flooded with water. I complained to the manager on sight and he sent someone to go fix it. The problem was only “fixed” for a whole day. Then the next day we had the same problem and I complained again to management, they tried to “fix” the problem but it wasn’t fixed. Management gave me complimentary 1 hour spa which I am grateful for but my issue was going into a bathroom and slipping and falling which would have been a bigger issue for me. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

This hotel is located on the Cancun strip ( hotel zone). Right in the middle, close to everything, staff was really helpful and kind, nice decent size pool, beach access, there is plenty of daily activities, from beach volleyball to a maskarede party, an special thanks to April the hostess at Zango restaurant, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the right accomodations, always with an smile, great service, will definitely come back, worth the price, a big plus is adults only

The staff were amazing, entertainment staff, activities staff , pool waiters all were amazing , the property is in need of repairs and maintenance, pool had paint chips floating in it and was in need of vacuuming. Food selection was poor at best most days.

It was hard to understand receptionist when they spoke in english. They are not that informative about the property and the events. Beach was full of sea weeds. AC was not working in gym. Buffet was ok but we liked Japanese and Italian food. Every time we flushed the bathroom it made whistling noise. Maintenance man was working upstairs making noise one night, had to call front desk to stop him. There was also loud noise of the construction going on next to our hotel everyday. One night ac was not cooling enough. We ordered pizza and they didnot deliver it. I will not go there again.
