VR Club was a beautiful place to spend 2 weeks! Our room was excellent… just what we were looking for, steps from one of the pools and only a few more steps to the ocean! I loved the sunrises every morning! The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful! The buffet was amazing and lots of exciting dishes to choose from! Everything was clean and well cared for and we would recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I may add is that we found the majority of guests were French speaking therefore meeting new friends was difficult if you didn’t speak a 2nd language! Thanks again for a great relaxing and welcoming holiday to Tulum.

Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on my vacation near the beach and on perfectly temperatured surface? Lovely view from the window. You are living basically on the beach. Just loved that. Was sad to leave the place

We had a great stay here. Super friendly staff, professional, attentive, everything is clean and spotless. The FREE buffet breakfast is really decent and has a wide range of food. You can easily find American breakfast or Mexican style chilaquiles with eggs cooked to order. Bed is not really comfortable and we asked for some blankets but it is not a big problem. Parking is spacious. Beautiful beach view, walk straight to the beach in 1 min, Live music on certain night. We rented a car and took 15 mins every time we wanted to go to Avenida Tulum which is a busy street with shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. 10 mins from Xel-ha is a plus! Hand down best experience!
