Our apartment is new, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. It has 70 m2 and is in a great location in a charming, very safe and quiet nature area in the heart of Canela. Located less than 100 meters from Rua Osvaldo Aranha, where there are shops, 24-hour pizzeria, retaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, gym, convenience, banks and is just 700 m from the beautiful Stone Cathedral, one of the most visited tourist spots in the city. Serra Gaucha. Still has the ease of quick access to Gramado, which is 7km through the Avenue of Hortences that connects the two cities. The fit. Imóvel novo, decoração de muito bom gosto, possui todo o conforto para uma perfeita estada e além de tudo, fica situado numa ótima localização, bem pertinho do Centro. Agradecemos à proprietária Marta, sempre muito querida e solícita e também a Juliana pela recepção.

É ótimo! Sem exageros. Realmente nos surpreendeu. Ultrapassou nossas expectativas!!! Vejamos alguns itens: 1) Atendimento pela Priscila: irrepreensível e totalmente profissional. Ela reúne tudo o que se espera de uma pessoa como ela: simpatia, cortesia, prestatividade, profissionalismo e outros pontos positivos. Parabéns: vocês tem a pessoa certa no lugar certo! 2) Local do apartamento: privilegiado – perto de tudo – conveniência, restaurantes, etc.; 3) Excelente Wifi, com ótima velocidade e boa captação de sinal; 4) Roupas de cama impecáveis e toalhas de qualidade; 5) Cozinha totalmente equipada; 6) 2 (duas) ótimas TV (uma na sala e outra no quarto) nas quais estão sendo instaladas sinais a cabo; 7) Chuveiro excelente, com aquecimento a gás; 8) Mobiliários novos e colchões novos; 9) Secador de cabelo – um extra que nem todos possuem; 10) Acabamento do apartamento (iluminação, pisos, etc.) da melhor qualidade; 11) Facilidade de acesso. Bem, tem muito mais, mas tomaria um espaço muito grande. Realmente foi uma experiência com final positivo, apesar das falhas pontuais ocorridas no site Alugue Temporada (devidamente corrigidas), que pareciam conspirar contra nós. Recomendo teu apartamento a todos que desejam um lugar especial, que poderia chamar, sem exagero, de segundo lar. Quero deixar expresso meu carinho e gratidão a vocês, por tudo que fizeram por nós.
