The room was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The underground parking was a nice bonus. Our only complaint is that the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. I would recommend foam toppers for those who need a softer bed.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not hit barely warm which was really disappointing as it was cold out and so looked forward to using it! Once people mentioned it not being hot no one looked into fixing it! Or turning up!

Great location and very convenient underground parking. I was given a complimentary upgrade, and the one bedroom suite was amazing. Comfortable bed, large TV, and even a fireplace in the living room. The suite also had a full kitchenette with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, cutlery, plates, and everything you’d need for a longer stay. There was even an in-suite washer and dryer. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value.
