THE APARTMENT

The apartment features the following floor plan:

- A living room opening onto the terrace, furnished with a dining table for 4 people, a TV set and a comfortable sofa.

- A separate kitchen with everything you’ll need, including all household appliances, a kettle, a toaster, and lots of other kitchenware.

- A first bedroom suite with a double bed, storage space, access to the terrace with the sea view when you wake up, as well as a private bathroom with shower and tub.

- A second bedroom suite with a double bed, storage space and its own shower room.

- Separate toilets.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 20 minutes on foot from the train station, 12 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by car.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps in your street, the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes:

- Head to the center of Cannes via the Rue d’Antibes (3 minutes on foot).

- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront, surrounded by luxury boutiques, palaces and fine sandy beaches (less than 7 minutes).

- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals.

- Discover the best restaurants in the center of Cannes (don’t hesitate to ask us for our favorite spots!)

- Explore the alleys of the medieval Le Suquet district and the church of Notre-Dame d’Espérance, with its panoramic view of Cannes and the sea…

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a parking lot on the property for the residents.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.

Close to downtown Cannes, swimming pool and sea view offers its guests concierge services, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
