Penthouse in the centre of Cannes. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large terrace and views over the city of Cannes. Bristol Penthouse is located in a well kept building. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and boasts a very well furnished living area.
There is a large modern open plan kitchen that is fitted with the latest appliances. Guests can happily cater for themselves. There is a breakfast bar with high stools at the kitchen counter.
The living area is large and comfortable with a large flat screen TV and a very big couch. The room is spacious and light.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and its own en suite bathroom with private access to the front terrace. It also has a wall-mounted TV.
The second bedroom has two single beds and its own private terrace. There is also a wall-mounted TV in this room.
The second shower room and WC is in the hallway.
The terrace comes with great furnishings, palm trees and a dining area for six.
The apartment is equipped with internet access and satellite TV. There is also a washing machine. The living area is air conditioned, but not the bedrooms.
The Palais des festivals is a 5 min walk away, the city centre only a couple of minutes and the beaches are a very short walk away.
