A bright and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a large terrace situated in central Cannes, on the 1st floor of a well kept and secure building.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It has three bedrooms and a very spacious living room. The living room is particularly light; it opens up to one large terrace facing a little park and a tennis court and one smaller terrace on the other side of the building. This part of the apartment is perfect for gatherings with family, friends or colleagues due to its large spaces and comfortable and modern design.
There are two bedrooms with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, the other two bedrooms have a bathroom each right next to them.
One of the bathrooms has a bath with shower attachment, toilet and wash basin, while the other has a shower cubicle, a toilet and a wash basin.
