Two bedroom, one bathroom apartment right in the heart of Cannes. Set on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a Bourgeois building with tons of natural light and spacious rooms. The Croisette, restaurants and bars are at your doorstep.

Set in one of the most buzzing areas of Cannes center, this apartment is ideal for attending the many conferences at the Palais des Festivals, or just for a relaxing holiday.

The Croisette beaches are a few steps away and bars and restaurants are at your doorstep.

Once you are up to the 4th floor with the stair case, you enter a lovely, spacious and very light living area, with a comfortable sofa, and two chairs, a coffee table and a dining table for 4.

The large living room windows offer an open view and even a partial sea view!

The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty storage.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a spacious cupboard.

The kitchen is fully equipped, in it you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, over, microwave, hobs, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need. There is also a little breakfast table in the kitchen.
