Clean comfortable room.
Excellent location for walking into the city.
The young woman working the bar, and covering reception, was exceptional in customer care.
A pleasant experience overall. Mohan at the reception was very professional and helpful. Other staff were also very accomodating and helpful. Breakfast was decent the lady was very efficient and friendly. Hotel itself was in a good location with a private car park.
Hotel room was lovely - had everything we needed.
Not great that we were put in a room directly above maintenance work - very loud banging at 8am on the first day.

Lovely Hotel very quiet, clean and staff was very helpful.
We had a wonderful stay, thankyou to all the reception and bar staff who were so helpful and attentive, and Teri for the housekeeping of our room. We would definitely stay there again.

The floor above creaked terribly. I was on the second floor. Very noisy from about 11pm to midnight and again for half an jour in the morning.
