The structure and most of the original materials such as bricks and sturdy chestnut beams have been preserved and are today in dialogue with the bright colors and contemporary design of the interiors.

The house is on two levels and has 5 rooms, real suites, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, a patio and a nice equipped kitchen.
