Spectacular villa with beautiful views to the mountains and just 1 km from the small beach of Sa Font de Sa Cala.

Located at the east coast of the island, next to Capdepera and Cala Rajada.

It has a capacity for 7 guests, offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Three bedrooms on the first floor of the villa with a double bed and bathroom en suite.

Another single bedroom on the ground floor. Fully equipped and furnished kitchen with island.

Large living - dining room with direct access to the porch which is next to a wonderful pool with very beautiful views to the mountains.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioners.

The pool measures 8 x 4 with a depth of 1.5 meters and salification.

A terrace that invites you to rest and to have a sunbath, because of the tranquility you´re breathing.

Sa Font de sa Cala has all the necessary amenities, you can find a bar or even a restaurant

in first line to the sea with views of its crystalline blue waters. Ideal for families with children or a group of friends.

What a lovely house and location.

What a lovely house and location. The pool is great. The kitchen was a great size with easy access to the outdoor dining area. The villa is set in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but it's only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to larger supermarkets/more restaurants etc. It took us just over one hour to drive from the airport to the villa - and the check in instructions were clear and easy follow. If you like what you see in the photos - it's just as it looks. Thanks you very much for your nice comments. We will be happy to welcome you again whenever you want.

On arriving at this spacious modern and sparkling clean villa, we immediately felt like home.

On arriving at this spacious modern and sparkling clean villa, we immediately felt like home. We are a family of 6 with teenage children and grandparents and everyone had a great time. The location is 50 mins drive from Palma airport and perfect if you fancy a quiet but walking distance to a kids friendly small Crystal beach. We had more than enough space for 6 of us with two cars and this villa is surrounded by trees for extra privacy. We had a lovely seafood BBQ in the back and the pool was clean. It’s only 8 mins to a big supermarket, 15mins walk to Font De Sa Cala beach with one small cafe&bar. This place doesn’t have air conditioner, so if you are not great with the heat, this place might be not for you. Having said that, there are 4 fans to keep us cool and much cooler than other side of town as it’s located on the top of the hill. Communication from the house owner and the house keeper were excellent and I highly recommend you this magical villa.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Der Pool ist extrem sauber und angenehm. Das Haus und der Garten wunderschön. Gleich daneben ist eine Bushaltestelle, was auch sehr praktisch ist!
