The pool was a nice feature. The bar area was old have been great if we didn't have to wait for 15 minutes for a bartender. The breakfast bar is slow so be ready to practice patience waiting for you food.

The restaurant is a little overpriced, but not bad food. Service was friendly from the front desk check in, check out was a little more hectic so they were not as kind. Overall, we were 5 mins from the cruise port and were very happy with our one night stay.

We tried calling several times to schedule shuttle transportation, but no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the Orlando Airport, we called again at 8:30pm and was told that the shuttle was gone from the airport. We paid $100 for an uber and when we arrived at the hotel the shuttle pulled up right behind our urber driver. There was only two passengers on the schuttle, so we could have rode on the shuttle. This was very disappointing because we had to spend unnecessary money.
