We had a great experience at Comfort on the H20. We had three adults and two teen boys and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out and much better than a hotel room! It was super clean.
The boys' favorite thing was fishing in the canal. They caught small catfish, some sort of sea catfish and a small snapper. (We bought our fishing poles and bait at Walmart.) They didn't end up using the kayaks but I'm sure they would have enjoyed them! The game room was nice, too. The kitchen has everything you need.
The outdoor grill has a flattop and we used that for breakfast.
The lanai/pool furniture seemed brand new - clean and sturdy.
The beds were comfortable - memory foam mattresses.
The location was great for the baseball fields we had to travel to (basically 20 to 30 minute drives), and we had time to get down to Sanibel Island one day after our game was over. (Highly recommend Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grill!!)
There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. All the appliances worked well. The landscaping is lovely.
When we arrived, it was right after Hurricane Helene. The hurricane shutters on the lanai were down and we couldn't figure out how to get them up, but we called and got help with that. Other than that we had no issues.
Highly recommend this location and the management was great to work with.
