We stayed in your home from Dec 26 - Jan 1. We were very surprised at the condition of the home and the fact that it was not as advertised.
The inside of the home was filthy. It was apparent that the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The tables, bedrooms and counters were covered in dust. There were swarms of ants under the rug and on the counters. In almost every corner of the house, there were spiders. There is no vacuum to clean and the broom itself is filthy. When we contacted the property manager for a vacuum, we were told they’d be in touch the next day and they didn’t contact us again.
We were told that the pool net would be repaired and the yard would be cleaned. Neither were done. Half the net was torn/missing. There was a rotting plant in one corner and a red ants nest under another. The pool itself was dirty on the bottom. We used the grill for one meal and were then out of gas. There were glass lights littering the pool area and lose wires.
We spent a lot of money to stay at this home and it was a Christmas gift to our parents. We are so disappointed with our experience. We would appreciate it if you could please consider our complaint and appropriately compensate us for our horrible experience.
