We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this updated house with all of the conveniences of home! The saltwater pool, jacuzzi and outdoor lounging area was super relaxing and the home is in a great location!

Beautiful home away from home in Cape Coral

Our family, ages 8 to 80, had a lovely week-long stay at this comfortable and clean property. The pool and spa were easy to operate and were the perfect temperature at any time of day. Several good naps were taken on the spacious screened in lanai. The kitchen was well appointed and the couch/living area was very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and Nick was a kind and responsive host. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a 5-10 min. drive away from restaurants/grocery stores, 30 min. drive from Lee Health Sports Complex, Six Mile Cypress Preserve, and Edison & Ford Winter Estates, and 1 hour drive to Fort Myers Beach (due to lots of traffic/construction). We recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks, Nick!

We had a great stay at this house. The pool area, especially is beautiful and well maintained. Sunny weather was a bonus! Nick was very helpful during our stay and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Highly recommend and we will hopefully return for a future stay!!

Great Vacation Home for Two Families!

This house was the perfect size for two families. It was clean and well stocked with all the things you could need during your stay. Nick was very responsive to answer calls and texts during our stay. Pool was bigger than it looks in pictures and the temperature of the pool and spa were perfect. No complaints here. Memorable Stay

We have a wonderful time in this property. We have been to a few other rentals and this home by far was our favorite one. For the first time we could enjoy a warm pool and a hot tub with no problem. The house is beautiful (the photos don’t do it justice). The pool is bigger than we imagined. When we enter the house it was very clean. The house was fully stocked of clean pool towers, white towers and everything that we needed. We were able to enjoy a cool night at the property, unlike others that have locked ñ/set temperatures for the AC. The house was in great condition. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We really can not complain about anything. We want to thank Nick for being a great host. He was kind and always answered our text when we had a question or needed assistance. We would definitely stay here again. Once again thank you so much for making our stay memorable. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Perfect for large families

This house was great! We had a group of 10, including young kids and it was the perfect amount of space. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and it’s great that there are toy floaties for toddler on site. The house was clean! I typically get nervous to look at the rag after a spill and I impressed with how clean the floors were. We all said we’d definitely stay again.

The owner was great with communication! When we had any questions or any problems, he was on the ball with getting everything fixed and in tip top shape. Very beautiful home and fit all 10 of us very well and pool area was amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

Great property

Our stay was great, we arrived to a clean and well maintained property. The pool remote initially wasn't loading or something like that and Nick was able to help us remotely with an app from his phone until the remote began working again. The hot tub was warm which we enjoyed because we were there for some pretty cold days. We have a 6 mo old and really appreciated the pack and play and they even had a monitor available, we brought ours but it was such a nice touch. All the rooms were fully equipped with what we needed for our stay and the kitchen had plenty of plates, cups and cookware. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful pool and home

We had a great time at Nick's place and made constant use of the pool and spa. Very sadly, the general neighborhood was quite impacted by hurricane ian which limited some of our planned beach trips, however, Nick was beyond communicative and helped us figure out some great alternate plans (Venice Beach is a must visit) and ensured the pool was always at a temperature that worked for our family. Thanks Nick - we had a great time!
