The house has a wonderful layout and is very spacious. The neighborhood was lovely and welcoming and the pool was warm and inviting! The extra pool toys/floats were a nice touch. Loved the big primary bedroom and closets. The washer and dryer were very nice too. Great location to access fun things in Cape Coral. The host also generously allowed us an early check in which was helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's place. The area is great, it has all stores, restaurants, activities you could possibly want. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need to feel at home. The pool also clean and amazingly warm with great ambience. We loved that the house had google speakers so we were able to easily ask about weather or for it to play music, inside or out by the pool. This was an awesome touch for us. Jacopo is a stellar host, he was very accommodating and hospitable. He was very easy to communicate with and responsive. We liked the air freshener he had so I asked what it was and he not only told me the name but was kind enough to send a link as well. I thought that was kind lol. Great experience overall, we were so sad to leave but we will definitely stay again.
