Cape Coral Villa

We stayed in the villa 10 days and everything was great. The neighborhood was very quiet for our vacation that was much needed. Close to everything or short drive. Home was very clean as advertised and pictures. The pool was so refreshing for the beautiful and hot days we had. Very spacious home. Property manager Robert was very attentive to our needs and requests. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lovely

This house is very clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen is stocked with good quality dinnerware, cookware and everything you would possibly need. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful. The lanai is nicely furnished and the pool is wonderful. Comfy adirondacks on the dock can be turned to watch the sunrise down the canal in the morning and sunset in the evening. A nice quiet cove with very few boats going by. We didn’t have children but many pool toys and a couple car seats are there also. We highly recommend this property.

A great stay

The property was well maintained, clean, and the management staff met all our expectations. The house had all the amenities including the pool toys. The management staff answered all questions promptly. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with an automated garage door opener which was quite handy. Thanks for a great vacation and we would certainly go back.

Quiet and comfortable

House itself is comfortable and laid out well.. Shows some wear and tear on walls and trim. Could use a deep clean. The baseboards and area around edges of pool cage were less than pristine. Charge for addition electricity, though not a surprise, is off putting. Neighborhood appears a little rough and unkempt but was quiet and convenient to shopping.

Great Villa

This Villa was not damaged in H. Ian. Inside was clean and well stocked with everything. Outside- pool was lovely as well as the dock where we had coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. Very convenient to grocery stores and shopping. It was perfect and we would recommend highly!

Everything we needed!

Property had a great location to all we needed in the area and had plenty of livable space for the family to enjoy. Easy to contact administrators made check in, checkout, and quick fixes a breeze. The pool and outdoor space was the perfect size for our party and we got to see some fish and wildlife in the canal too! We hope to return to Villa Olinda again soon!

Beautiful and very clean home. We enjoyed morning coffee in the covered lanai, and afternoons in the pool. Home is conveniently located to all the area’s restaurants & grocery stores . Very well maintained property!

Our stay at Villa Olinda was Fantastic! The home was lovely and the pool was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the patio and loved the beautiful view of the canal. Klaus was also very helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend Villa Olinda!

Very nice and spacious home. Very clean with all amenities. Had chairs and mats for the beach. The toilet was broken in the master bedroom. I reached out to property manager and a repair guy was there within the hour. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Vacation Home

The property is great for a family stay. We loved the pool, open patio, dock, and the spacious layout of the home. We ate every meal by the pool and enjoyed sunset on the dock. We appreciated that the master bedroom was on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other, which afforded space and privacy. We also also liked the entertainment room and cozied up there each evening. We have rented several vacation homes in the Ft. Myers / Cape Coral area over the years, and we liked this home the best. The property itself is five stars, but we rated the listing at four stars because we were surprised by the bare minimum amenities. Our stay was 4 nights we and needed to purchase dishwasher detergent, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo, bath soap, and toilet paper. We rent vacation homes a lot and have never experienced a house that didn’t have more than one roll of toilet paper or a single box of Kleenex. We loved the home and this wouldn’t prohibit us from renting it again. Just be aware of the amenities before you go to the grocery store. Overall - great place to stay.

Impressive Home

This is a great villa that is extremely clean, laid out nice if you have two families staying as one can be at one end of the home and the other family at the other end. Everything you could possibly need was included. All the kitchen needs and plenty of towels and linens. The check-in process was great as Klaus is very accessible if you need anything. He responds very quickly. The pool and lanai is a great place to hang out for the day. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood but yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!
