Strictly no partying. Keep the property the same state as you arrive. Extra charge if leaving a mess in the house, trash in the yard, unwash dishes.
Please wash dishes to avoid rodents. Keep A/C between 70 - 75 degrees. Do not unplug the security system in the house. (by the console table).
Please clean up after your pets. Trash night Tuesday (if you can kindly roll large trash can out to front , picked up Wednesday morning)
