the property was lovely. cute cottages. The pool area was great{lounge chairs very uncomfortable. lovely grass area. The rooms were not great. I had a sofa with terrible stains on it. did not sit on it. no closet, just hooks. bathroom door was a slider. no locks. no complete privacy. Bed was huge, pillows were so high our necks hurt. tv was on the side wall of the bed. had to lay sideways to see it. The women who runs everything was very nice and very helpful. would love to go back with family, just dont know if i would

This place is a hidden gem in Cape May. The cottages have a home feel, super clean, beautiful grounds. Within a 10 minute drive you’ll be in the heart of Cape Bay, beautiful beaches, sunsets, restaurants. It’s super well located and their staff is very friendly and responsive.

I love the modern look to our apartment. Everything was very clean and I think the highlight for the kids was the pool. I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here!

Dirty, bug infested. Do not stay here!

Property was infested with bugs - ants and spiders. Dirt on the window sills and dusty and musty. Owner’s response was indifferent and told me this is expected being in the woods. First of all, its not the woods, its route 9. Second, I live in a wooded area by a reserve and do not have bugs in my house. We had to stay there for one night and were able to switch into a nicer upgraded cottage. But on our last day, the entire property did not have running water. Couldnt flush toilets or shower. We paid a substantial amount for a family weekend trip. Never again.

my husband and I planned a weekend getaway for our anniversary. I was nervous about booking because you just never know. We loved it! Communication by text was great. very easy!. Location, cottage all was great. I loved the pool! Two small things i would have liked - an extra door lock to lock door from the inside would be great. I like the key pad. A nice tall mirror would be nice for the ladies, especially.

Very nice grounds and landscaping! We stayed at the high tide estate it was amazing felt like we had our own apartment. Very clean and lots of space. Pool area is great, waterfall is very nice. I like the keyless check in through your phone.
