ICONA was the perfect place to stay with my family for a Christmas weekend in December. We did a few activities at Congress Hall and it was very close and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place is the best spot to stay in Cape May. We go in the summer but we also go around new years. Staff is incredible. The place is incredibly clean and they reinvest in their property, I notice improvements being made from year to year. If you’re staying in Cape May stay here.

The Icona is our go to hotel as it is always extremely clean, they have staff like JoJo at the front desk that provide a smile and a warm welcome each year and the shuttle service by John cannot be matched. We will visit again next year for sure!

The Icona in Cape May totally earned its five stars seriously, the hospitality was amazing and made our stay absolutely perfect. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived; they were super attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our whole trip. The cleanliness was honestly what really set this hotel apart. Our room was spotless, and the room service was next level, going above and beyond to make our beds and clean the space perfectly every single morning. It was awesome to start the day feeling so refreshed and pampered! If you're looking for a luxurious and well-run beachfront spot, we couldn't recommend the Icona more.
