The view was obstructed, which is fine. I was there in winter, but I feel sorry for anyone during the peak season. The issue was the bathroom cleanliness. Pubic hairs on the wall. Other people's hairs on the floor. I was put into an ADA accessible room, which is fine, but there was no bath tub. I love a bath, but that's minimal. Some QoL things like have a smart television that can ACTUALLY be used would be nice. No one wants calbe TV anymore. it's 2026, and we should be allowed to stream what we want. Another thing, in that area is, let's enter High Speed Internet world. 7mbps is just not acceptable. I get faster internet from my car. All that said, the workers were AMAZING. YOU have an amazing team who loves people and that shows, and for that I was so grateful. I know pubic hairs isn't the worst thing, but it's not the best either. I felt like I paid a fair enough price...but I expected NO hairs and no pubic hairs. Also, the show lever is rusted and needs updating. It's like 15 dollars.I do have pics of the hairs and rust if you'd like. Just email me.

Everything was perfect! Very surprised to see my daughter's room was decorated for Christmas including their own white and red Christmas tree! What a cool surprise! Staff was very nice, rooms were spotless! Will definitely stay here again! Trolley into the main part of town was an unexpected bonus!
