The villa is located in a quiet and elegant area, 800 meters from the town of Capoliveri and 900 meters from the sandy beach of Morcone (on foot through a path that goes down along the coast) distances that are respectively 900 meters and 2 km if traveled by car.
In a dominated area with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Morcone, reachable in just 7 minutes by walking down (850 mt. about). The newly built villa, in a green and quiet area with an area of about 100 square meters, has an automatic gate and driveway for exclusive use, large outdoor area, covered veranda furnished with table and chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue in masonry, private parking, washing machine, digital terrestrial TV, electric oven, microwave oven, comfortable equipped terrace overlooking the sea. The house with only one bathroom with shower can accommodate 4/6 people distributed in the two double bedrooms and in the sofa bed in the living room / kitchen. This property is an excellent starting point for excursions to our most beautiful beaches but also for the numerous trekking and mtb trails as it is located on the edge of the famous Legend Cup route, object of the final test UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships 2021. Bed linen and towels are only provided on request, pets only on request.
