Brief One Night Stop.

Very basic and small. Tucked into some industrial like area. Saving grace is gas station just 400m away and we were able to top up before our next journey as our gas was running very low.

This is a basic hotel about a 10 minute walk from Carcassonne airport. We were made welcome by friendly staff. Our bedroom was clean as was the bathroom but there was a very strong nauseating smell of drains. We had to close the bathroom door during the night. The breakfast was excellent. However we were met with a point blank refusal when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our afternoon flight. We were told very firmly that once we had checked out we had checked out!

The cool Receptionist has put us in the wrong room as the roof was open and many birds were flying into the roof. it may be nest in the roof straight from our room. there are many poo of birds falling on the balcony near our door. the swimming pool is lovely, but too small for swimming. the path to Airport is not good and rough for the case to rolling.

Good, basic place to stay.

A sort of French equivalent of a Travelodge - everything you need but no frills. Limited dining menu but several places to eat nearby, plus supermarket. Staff were very helpful and gave us advise on travelling into Carcassonne. No complaints, but nothing especially outstanding either.

Cheap and cheerful

We stayed here the evening before an early flight from Carcassonne airport and it offered everything we needed. Close to the airport, close to restaurants and a supermarket, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Great stay at Kyriad Carcassonne

Great hotel, rooms freshly decorated and painted, you can even smell the fresh painted still. Comfortable bed and beddings. Friendly welcome with smile and first thing she asked if I'll prefer to be greeted in english. Hotel has free parking that's great, next to shops and restaurants. Very good stay thank you

Tres bien. Le ménage quotidien pour un séjour de plus d une nuit est une option, MAIS UNE VRAIE OPTION GRATUITE DANS UNE APPROCHE ECO RESPONSABLE (ce qui est suffisemment rare pour etre souligné, certains hotels profitant de cette approche pour ajouter une option payante). L'organisation du buffet petit déjeuner est perfectible: positionnement des assiettes à l opposé des plats à disposition, comme les verres pour les jus de fruits. Le nettoyage de la vaisselle du petit déjeuner n est pas parfait, il faut verifier et choisir verre et assiette pour s assurer qu il n y a aucune trace. A noter : la télévision connectée au wifi de la chambre. La connexion de votre téléphone/pc/tablette au wifi est extremement simple et on peut caster les programmes de son choix sans aucune difficulté. Enfin, l hotel dispose de 2 places pour recharger les véhicules électriques (en 11k) avec une utilisation simple et un paiement par CB de la consommation. Globalement le séjour est agréable, le personnel accueillant et sympatique. Environ 15 minutes de voiture pour se rendre a la citadelle depuis l hotel.
