The property, completely fenced with exclusive access, away from the sea as the crow flies about 150 m. The closest beach is that of Cantagallina, both easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The property includes exclusive access through a gate adjacent to a wide municipal road, a cemented square for convenient maneuvering access with a car and a pergola supported by 6 strong columns of stone useful for the shelter from the sun and water of 2 cars .
