Tim at the front desk. Lovely, funny, and with the hotel filled with soccer & gymnastics kids, tried to find us a quiet spot in the hotel. He's a wonderful asset!

My family and I stayed here for only one night, but we enjoyed it. The room was spacious and comfortable (though the pull-out beds are LOUD, as a warning), everything felt clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Note that parking costs $10 per night. I don't think that was very clear on the Expedia profile, as I saw something that said it was "free," so just know that it's not free parking. But it was easy and convenient to get in and out of the parking lot, and I wasn't worried about the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had to switch rooms late at night due to the beds (mattresses) being dirty and trash in the room. Even the second room was not clean and there was a horrible smell on the floor of the room we had to move to. I was told by a manager I would receive points as a refund for the room that would cover me booking “another room and some” due to the inconvenience; however, I never received anything. I called a few times to speak to the general manager but I keep being told he’s not in. The only thing decent about the stay was the receptionist. She was very apologetic for the condition of the rooms and me having to switch rooms late with my children. I even emailed photos of the rooms condition. I’m disappointed that I was lied to and nothing as actually done. I’m going to chuck this up as maybe the hotel is under staffed and the few employees there are doing the best they can and rushing. Yet it is unfair that guests and employees get the bad end of the stick.
