Staying at this studio townhouse in the Sandia Mountains has been a great experience. It combines traditional New Mexican charm with modern touches in a really cool and comfortable setup. The views are stunning, and the setting is perfect if you love nature or the outdoors. Peaceful, scenic, and a great place to relaxâhighly recommend!
This hotel needs to be completely refurbished. It is very, very worn out. The lower floor is in the process of being done. They wanted to put me on 3rd floor with no elevator. I said no, so instead they put me where remodeling was happening. A smoke alarm beeped all night. NO LOCK ON THE BACK DOOR of the property so anyone could come in at night! I felt very unsafe. No one at desk to check me out.
Not worth the price it supposed to be renovated well it doesnât look like it at all the flooring is. Horrible the painting awful the toilet was not clean properly and many more thereâs no batteries on the remote I call and see if a can get any and they said no until the next day the smell in the hallway was the worse, we had a joint door we can hear every from the next guest thru the door. If they charge the amount of money at least they can do a good renovation
Washing Machine didnt work, ice machine didnt work, noise was very loud and there was no breakfast option. However all of this was due to remodeling, so i understand why it was in such a condition. My family and I booked here due to an emergency for one night but would definitely look for other booking options if possible.
The hotel was clean, but an older bldg. could use a major update. There was construction going on up on the second floor. There was not a working ice machine on the first floor and we had no access to second floor. The fact that you have to go down a few stairs to the first floor or up several to the second floor is a major drawback, especially since we are senior citizens. The computer was down the next morning so I was not able to get my Wyndham rewards number added to my reservation.
They had some renovations going on but the location was perfect. Our room was clean. Staff was helpful. Food was close by. We were comfortable and had what we needed. The price was good for what we got.
The staff was very helpful. Pets are not allowed, but the computer did not tell me that. I had to sneak my little dog in the back door, and take her there for walks and "potty." No breakfast, no computer in the lobby. Still the price was excellent for the quality of the room.
