The absolute QUIETEST hotel we have EVER stayed in, and the place was full of kids! Same exit as LegoLand so we expected kids and it to be loud. We stayed for an entire week and never heard anything! Occasionally hear the train, but was muffled. Staff was incredibly friendly, and I mean all of them! Even just passing in the hallways or elevators, they would great you and smile. Just not what we expected. Pool heater was not working, but the weather permitted cooler water anyway. Beach was just a couple blocks down the road. Carlsbad village is 2 miles down the road. Outlets are just as close. Close to everything, yet nestled in an oddly quiet corner next to the freeway that we never heard. Will absolutely stay here again. Oh and the cost was so incredibly reasonable compared to what was available in the area at the time I booked. Bravo!

The beds were so comfortable. My family and i enjoyed our stay and all the ammenities. Only thing lacking is a heated pool and hot tub was broken other than that i would definitely come back again.

Family trip

You’re about two blocks from the beach but with a small child it’s a bit too far to walk. Super close to LEGOLAND and the outlets! Staff was great, rooms were average.

A nice stay!

Such a cozy and comfortable stay! Free breakfast had so many options and staff was kind with us. Also had a great location overall! Definitely want to stay here again next time I come down to Carlsbad!

The review on this hotel was not true at all, front desk lady no consideration and bad customer service for not disclosing jacuzzi/pool not heated and tv in room defective (old). Property refused to cancel booking! Per additional charges, what a ripped off.
