An absolutely beautiful condo! The layout was great and 3 decks! Had no problems with check in and the hosts were so kind and helpful. They provided everything but food lol. And I mean everything from beach towels to bathroom necessities. Only issue was the dredging going on. The last full day there was 4 pieces of heavy equipment and another pipe being brought in so any beach going from the condo was a no go. BUT, I can NOT say enough good things about the condo itself as well as the hosts. I will be planning another trip to stay there sometime in the future. Like I said other than the dredging equipment, the views are great and peaceful. Easily within walking distance to activities.

My family had the best time on our quick getaway. The condo is very clean, nicely updated/decorated, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs but loved the view off the front deck the most! This place is a gem and you will enjoy your stay just like we did!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here as it had easy access, with good instructions, and the place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, utensils and they had plenty of towels, beach towels, and laundry supplies. There is a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. It was fun to have coffee out there and watch surfers. The tiki bar on the pier was close enough to walk to on the beach, as was the boardwalk with the bars, shops and restaurants were about a mile or so down the road which we also walked to. Over all we loved the condo and would return.

Last Fam-of-4 getaway

Took a last little fam-of-4 vacation before our oldest daughter’s wedding - back to the Carolina beaches we vacationed on each summer of their childhood. Perfect location, beautiful condo with balcony views for both sunrise & sunset, responsive and super-organized hosts who go above & beyond to provide for for their guests, cutting down on what you need to haul from home! Would highly recommend and use again!

In Wilmington for a baby shower and to get together with family and friends. Our rental was the right place with a first time beach baby. We had plenty of room and could see and hear the ocean. Easy beach access. No surprises

 there are stairs (on fourth floor- which means good view)! We did not mind, but it could be tough on some people. The storage closet was well stocked for all things needed at the beach, so leave your chairs and toys at home! Beds were comfortable and there wa something room.

Beautiful oceanfront views

Overall I’d give this 4.5 stars not 4 but there’s no half star option. Chad is a good property manager overall. The amenities stated on the listing were accurate. Myself and my friend that stayed are in agreement that the property could have been a bit cleaner and more paper products could have been provided. It was tidy - just not that feeling of being spotless. We ran out of the allotted toilet paper within a couple days as facial tissue wasn’t provided - there are plenty of stores nearby and we purchased extra - would have been nice not to have to do that. Also getting the key out of the lockbox and figuring out how to get the door unlocked was tricky at first - there was definitely a maneuver you had to make to get it to open and lock. The day before we were checking in Chad called me to let me know their hot water heater had broken and to give me a heads up in case we had to find other accommodations - I was glad it was all fixed in time as the view of the ocean was amazing - we had a couple of warmer days and to have our morning coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise and hearing the ocean waves was priceless. The view really is fantastic. I’d love to come back in warmer weather. Make sure you are prepared to climb several flights of stairs as there is no ramp or elevator on this property. I had forgotten this (the listing does state this) - just avoid over packing like I did :)I would stay here again - it was a good first experience with VRBO for me.

Great spot for a week at the beach or a weekend trip!

We loved this condo! We had 3 adults and 1 kid and the condo essentially is fully stocked. Beach toys for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. The condo was very clean and communication was top notch. They had laundry items, a charging station with different chargers, and shower/bathroom items. When flying in to town it’s always super nice finding a place that provides a few essentials. Definitely a place we’d come back to.

Perfect Beach Condo for Couple

We had a wonderful, but too brief stay at this lovely beach condo with lots of natural light. It was the perfect size for our couple’s weekend. The amenities and modern conveniences were true as listed. There was an air conditioner issue. However, with easy communication, and a quick response from Chad, the matter was satisfactorily resolved. What we loved most was the balcony ocean view, a sizeable pool, and the very short walk to Carolina Beach. Note this is a 3rd floor unit. But being fit seniors, we welcomed the exercise. Can’t wait to return.

Labor Day Experience

The location of the property is easily walk-able to the beach with exclusive access from property. I knew it was a 3rd floor rental, but there is another level for cars making it effectively 4th floor access. So be mindful with kids, luggage, etc, plan your day. Its not nearly walk-able to restaurants, stores, so you will have to drive but we came to relax and sit on the beach. Parking is challenging with tight spaces and limited spots. There is two door access to get inside the condo which really turned out nice; didn't have to bring keys to the beach- just use code. Having been at a few VRBOs, furniture was a little worn. Appliances were good. The main complaint I had was the cleanliness of the whole place. The sheets were not cleaned, hair on covers, etc. Management was easy to reach and pleasant at all hours. Sent someone to switch out all bedding. Doubt we would stay here again, but perhaps another property within company.

Amenities galore! Stayed here with my 15m son for my birthday and had the BEST time! We had no issues contacting the host when we had a bit of a difficult time getting in(my fault) which was comforting as we didn’t arrive until late in the evening. The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfy!! The views were unbeatable, and the patio was the center of attention all week! Not only was this place fully stocked with everything you need PLUS more! From the games, beach gear and baby supplies already there!! Couldn’t have been more pleased with this location! My family and I cannot wait to come back!

SO relaxing!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and quiet! The porch/balcony is wonderful. We spent most mornings and evenings there. The beach was only a few steps away. There were plenty of beach items in the storage shed which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the sound machines in each bedroom was an added treat. There is no elevator on site but the top floor views were worth it. We had a much needed relaxing trip! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

My wife and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. It was in a perfect location and easy to get in and out of. The condo was clean and the hosts were very nice and responsive, and made checkin and checkout super easy. This was our first time using Vrbo to stay anywhere and they were so helpful with the process. The chairs left for the beach were awesome and we used them daily. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and the morning views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

High Tides, Good Vibes

This was my first time at CB. The beaches were beautiful and the weather was great - except for one day! The condo was very clean and stocked well. The decor was well thought out during the renovation. The beds were comfortable. The condo is on top floor and does not have an elevator. I was ok with that; but if someone has mobility issues it may be a concern. Check in /out process was easy and very informative. The host was responsive. I’d love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
