Gut: Sauberkeit
We have stayed in a very similar condo at Sands 4 that was not available for our dates. So overall this condo felt familiar. It was not as clean as where we typically stay. Baseboards did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. Furniture was also very worn. Main King bed mattress was also too mushy. Carpeting on outside deck was an odd choice. We had rain so deck was always wet with carpet taking a long time to dry out (if ever). Also a lot of flying bugs around sliding doors and front door, we had never seen these at other condo we stayed in down the street, so unsure if it’s a new thing in the area or if this place is not doing enough for pest control. Overall everything worked and was fine. Host property management company was also very responsive every time we contacted them with questions before and during our stay. If we didn’t have previous experience with a different similar property, we probably would have felt this was a great option. You can’t beat the ocean views, even if you must conquer 42 steps to get there every time. I don’t think we will stay here again, but I think it’s a great location and worth the stay.
