Great family stay

The property was perfect for a week with our family of four. Close to boardwalk and restaurants, right on the beach. Closet below had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. Parking setup was odd but we didnt have any issues with it.

Perfect location!! We enjoyed it so much!! Clean & just the right size for us. We walked almost everywhere all week. Only thing negative I could say is that the washer was kinda loud, but we didn't need it much anyway.

Perfect for our family

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was big enough for me, my husband and our daughter! It was clean, cool and had an amazing view. You do have to walk up 4 flights of steps, just an fyi! The only suggestions I would have is to provide a regular size broom and maybe bedside small rugs or one big one that went under the bed, just to wipe off any sand before getting into bed! Our daughter wanted to sleep on the pull out bed but when we pulled it out there was an unpleasant smell so she just slept in her bed! My husband loved sitting out on the deck with his binoculars and watching the boats and planes! We walked to the boardwalk several times as it is very close!! We would definitely stay again and plan to!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a great stay at Sands IV. The location is perfect for walking to all that Carolina Beach has to offer. The unit is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We had one slight issue with the air conditioning and after calling, maintenance was quick to arrive and fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great lay-out and location

It is a very good condo. It was clean and well organized. Easy access to the beach, and walkable to good food at Kate's. The first night, we had to use a very narrow parking space (between structural columns) to avoid blocking in another guest. Despite our vigorous ventilation, there is a smoke smell in the unit that lingered the whole week of our stay. We learned that a "smoking prohibited" rental does not mean it has been smoke free. We contacted management but housekeeping did not respond to our request for a discussion of solutions to the smoke smell issue.

Perfect family getaway

This was a great place in a great location. Easy access to the beach, clean and spacious property. Loved the fact that there were charcoal grills available and everything we needed was at hand. Loved it!

Great location, nice unit

Great location on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and the boardwalk. Great amenities, well stocked kitchen, games etc. BUT, would not stay here again due to the parking situation. Every unit needs to have an assigned parking spot that will fit an averaged sized car. Not enough spaces for a mid size SUV. Did not enjoy having to have my phone with me and charged at all times for when I would be texted/called to move my car.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. Beautifully decorated, too the comfy mattresses. Just be aware if u have mobility issues there are 4 flights of stairs to climb. Also the pool is only 3 ft. deep. No where in the listing is that mentioned. Overall a great view and location.

Lovely flat, great loction

Top of the range apartment, very nice place. The agency gave us the wrong keys, as international travellers we did not have local mobile phone access and had to all on a kindly neighbour who let us use her phone to call the agency. After 50 minutes on hold, we were told a key pad code so didn't even need keys. Sloppy customer service and wasted nearly 2 hours of our time after long flights....

The property was exactly what we expected from the listing. It was bright, clean and nicely decorated, a perfect beach theme. There was an issue with the washer/dryer which they notified us of prior to check-in and offered complimentary laundry service if we needed it prior to being repaired. The only complaint I would have would be in regards to parking. The space is extremely tight and getting in and out is a bit stressful. With that being said, I would still consider returning to this property for a future vacation. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Perfect vacation home!

This was a perfect vacation home. The views and location couldn’t have been better. The house was extremely well stocked and clean. The washer/dryer were not working but management staff was quick to respond and seemed to make every attempt to rectify the situation was made. Would love to rent this same again!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay, the property was nice, the location was great. A few upgrades in the kitchen such as an ice maker, and better pans that would be nice. Parking was difficult because we have a Jeep and small cars would park in the larger stalls. We would definitely stay again
