Everyone we dealt with at the front desk were super nice. The room was fine, nothing special. The bathroom was gross. There were several pieces of black hair around…on the counter, the toilet, edge of the shower and lots behind the door. We had wipes so we wiped everything down so it didn’t feel so gross. I went to use the bathroom and it smelt like an alley in Seattle, the urine smell around the toilet area was nasty. Then I had to call down to the front desk because we didn’t have any towels. The shower head sprayed everywhere except at us, we had to close the door as much as possible and squeeze our hand in to turn it on so we didn’t get water sprayed in our face. There were several area of the floor where the vinyl and wallpaper were lifting, looked very old and tired. The shower surround was very worn and chipped. My husband only ate a small serving of the potatoes for breakfast, he said the eggs looked nasty. I didn’t even go in the breakfast area because I’m gluten free and usually don’t find anything I can eat. A very different experience than we usually get at a Hampton Inn.

The first day the night attendant was following me around for bout 30 mins. He told me that because others that look like me caused him to follow me around. He said one of us ruin it for everyone that looks like me Hispanic bald head, I told him dude I’m tired just got in at 11:30pm from driving almost 4 hours. The toilet kept clogging. I’ve been gone from there since 1/19/26 and it’s now 1/28/26 and I still haven’t received my deposit back I’ve called multiple times and nobody answers

The rooms smell weird and the rooms were no vacuumed and the floor was super dirty they also messed up the rooms and gave us the wrong rooms. The stay was alright but no as good a we thought.

The room wasn’t having a phone working, the personal for the day was rude and disrespectful. The personal don’t give any solutions of the room issues. And let kids jump and play after 11 pm getting at 3 am in the morning and I couldn’t get a night sleep in the hotel in all my stadia in the hotel at all

We loved this stay for years, but recently there maybe a change of management. The staff who work there before, who are still here, stay constantly great and friendly, we know each other on first name basis. However, this time, the breakfast doesn't taste as good, and both days were serving same food (it used to be different from day to day, 2-3 kinds a week). The biggest ding is the hot tub is going away! It was our highlight of our snowy days in our winter trips.
