My spacious townhouse is in one of the best locations within the historic walls of the 475 year-old city of Cartagena De Indias. The private 3rd floor terrace offers a 180 degree panoramic ocean view and awesome sunsets. The condominium complex is next to the Iglesia Santo Domingo Church, the oldest church in Cartagena, one block from the Plaza Santo Domingo, and a short walk to the best tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping in the Old City. Great for couples, business travelers, and families.
Located within a private condominium complex with 24-hour security, my warm and welcoming townhouse provides a private, quite and secure atmosphere. My home is great for women travelers who want a safe, comfortable, and relaxed place to stay.
My private 3-story authentic, colonial townhouse offers a fully-equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, a washing machine, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a private balcony overlooking the old wall on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms with in-room air conditioning (in each room) and comfy beds (the main bedroom has a kingsize bed), 1 ensuite and 1 separate full bathroom, and a TV sitting area on the second floor. There is an awesome 700 sq foot private outdoor terrace with a 180 degree panoramic ocean view (one of the best in the Old City), spectacular sunsets, and magical sights of the modern city of Boca Grande at night on the third floor. The terrace offers a private location to relax and sunbath during the day, to have a cocktail and watch the sun set over the Caribbean Ocean in the evening, and to enjoy the festive sounds and beautiful lights of the old city at night.
The townhouse offers fast internet access on every floor, including the terrace.
The condominium complex offers one of the most beautiful, private, secluded gardens in the old city. The garden sits behind the condominium and next to the old church.
My townhouse is in one of the prime locations within the historical walls of the old city. The condominium complex is next to the Iglesia Santo Domingo Church, the oldest church in Cartagena, and one block from the Plaza Santo Domingo. It is within short walking distance to numerous restaurants, historical sites, museums, shopping, souvenir shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, historical plazas, and many more attractions. There are also safe and affordable licensed taxis available in front of the condominium complex.
My townhouse is only 15 minutes from the international airport.
My goal is to provide a safe environment for all guests during their time in my home.
The guests will register initially with the condominium complex security at the front gate, who operate 24-7 and are always available at the gate. The guard will direct the guests to the entrance of my townhouse. Guest can choose between self-check-in (with a lockbox) or greeted by my housekeeper Milena, who can give a full tour of the property.
Once inside, my guests will be able to enjoy the entire house, including the private rooftop terrace.
Guests need to confirm that they have read and agree with all the house rules in writing to the host before their reservation will be accepted.
Before arrival guest will need to send the names and passport numbers along with a clear picture from the passport of the people who will be staying in the townhouse at least 48 hours before arrival. This requirement is a must because the security guards will not allow anybody not on the original guest list into the condominium complex for the protection of all guests and residents.
The Condominium does not all allow any visitors in the complex or my townhouse at any time.
Noisy parties are not allowed. This is a quiet and respectful residential condominium. My townhouse is not suitable for groups of bachelors.
No overnight guests will be allowed under any circumstances.
