For starters the resort is not handicapped friendly. The driveway is sloped, there are many steps to get to the front door. Once you get up there the code easily unlocked the front door. To the right is an attractive kitchen which had plenty utensils, bowls and pots and pans. There wasnât a dishwasher so everything has to be washed by hand with a sponge and detergent which they supplied. The appliances were new and the refrigerator was large but did not dispense ice or water. There is an ice machine in the lower level. The dining room was to left which was adequate. The living room/gathering space was off the dining room. It was on the small side but nicely decorated with a fireplace.Off the living room there were steps leading to the upper level where there were two bedrooms with lots of sleeping space according to my sister. I was not able to navigate the steps due to hip problems. Downstairs there was another bedroom with a bathroom nearby. There was a sliding glass door accessible to the outside driveway and carport area.The main level area has a small bathroom with no storage and small counter space for getting dressed. The bathtub made it hard for seniors to step over and there were no grab bars. The shower water pressure was weak. The advertisement indicated there was a gentle slope to the dock which we thought is in fact a steep slope to the deck and was rocky when you got to the bottom.The access road to the resort was partly gravel and had t
