I had to take a cold shower every morning that I stayed. I took it anywhere from 6:30am to 7:30am and it was always cold. I was told it was because of the amount of people staying at the hotel. This should not matter, there should be enough hot water for all patrons. Other than this disappointment it was a very pleasant stay. I will say that there was a dart tournament going on at the time of this stay

The phone didn’t work they didn’t replace it the whole time we were there and the front desk was like a block away from where we were staying so every time we needed something we had to walk up we ordered room service and after an hour and a half. I walked to the restaurant and they had my food just sitting at the counter and I paid $10 for a tip to have it delivered and they didn’t even offer it back not even a sorry the vent in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to get the mugs out of there after someone took a shower I went to the bathroom

Clean,comfortable rooms. Staff was exceptionally friendly. There is a sports bar/restaurant attached which was great! The only negative was the breakfast. But it is very typical food. I’ll definitely stay here again!
