I was so disappointed. The bathroom in my room was covered in hair and very clearly had not been cleaned. While the front desk worked to clean and told me they had taken pictures and informed the manager, after traveling 4 hours, this is not what I wanted to see. This is not the cheapest hotel in this area so it was very disappointing.

I loved this hotel. My room was more like an apartment and I just really enjoyed all of the details in it. Super comfortable, quiet and safe. Everyone working there was super friendly.

We enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn Casper. The room was clean and spacious, and it’s always great to have a kitchen when we travel. There was only one sharp knife in the kitchen, and we had to hunt to find it (someone had put it next to the plates), but everything else was great
