CASA CILENTO - AGROPOLI AREA

Casa Cilento is a charming villa that has been designed as apartments located 1.5km from the harbour and a charming village on the Cilento coast. The house has three apartments rented on a weekly basis and then two others occupied , one by the owner and the other occasionally by the owner's mother.They are surrounded by beautiful pine and olive trees. Wonderful views of the medieval village of Castellabate can be enjoyed from the large shared swimming pool (18m x 8m; depth 1.3m x2.4m) surrounded by colourful flowers and well maintained garden.There is a beach, a selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance 1.5km from the apartments.

The nearby areas offer wonderful daytrips to interesting places such as Paestum that is an ancient Greek town. It has three temples and an amphitheatre. The museum of Paestum is also worth a visit.

The Cilento coast is made up of several characteristic and picture perfect fishing villages. One of them is Acciaroli, which the local legend claims is the setting that inspired Hemingway to write his famous novel: "The Old Man and the Sea".

There are many more wonderfully interesting sites in the National Park of Cilento which are worth a visit such as the ancient town of Velia with its "Pink Gate", Palinuro and its beautiful blue caves, Roscigno Vecchia that is a village which has remained intact ever since it was abandoned 100 years ago.

BILO:
This is the smallest apartment. It has a kitchen corner (oven, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine), open plan dining/living area with patio doors leading to a small but lovely garden. The bedroom is a very good size double room and the bathroom is with shower. One of the sofas in the sitting room is a sofa bed that converts into two single beds mainly suitable for children. The private garden is furnished with table and chairs, and comfortable deck chairs.

This apartment has both air conditioning and central heating and is entitled to 1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs by the swimming pool.

Facilities: Air conditioning/heating, washing machine, sat TV, internet, swimming pool, parking within the grounds. All linen is included in the weekly price of each apartment. Clean linen is provided once a week on Saturday morning.
