Comfortable bed. Had microwave & mini frig. Nice bathroom amenities. Walking distance to several restaurants. There weren’t as many electrical outlets as we would liked and the outlet with a USB wasn’t conveniently located.

Cleanliness was disappointing. Carpet in the room had old stains and the extra bed was not comfortable - but the staff was nice enough and the area was nice. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well stocked.

The room was a nice size with a table and it still wasn't crowded. Everything appeared to be clean - the shower had good hot water and good water pressure. Only thing for me is that the toiletries - soap and shampoo - were made in China. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows awful. I slept terribly and had a bad kink in my neck due to the very bulbous firm pillows. The room had minimal outlets to charge devices, a simple surge protector would have really been nice.

Second time staying here. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are soo firm hard and large that it's very hard to get comfortable. We brought our own pillows the second time around and it was an improvement although the bed was much worse. It felt like sleeping on an old box springs that had developed a crator on each side. Your head in a hole with our legs elevated. The room had some pretty prominent black stains on the floor which didn't look inviting to take your shoes off. The worst was that the sink leaked from on top the faucet when you turned the water on so that the counter top would basically flood. Apparently this has been going on for more than a few times because when you stepped in front of the sink to wash or brush your teeth you would step into a wet cold puddle on the carpet. I kept our family in socks and I choose to wear my shoes until I went to bed. I didn't say anything because we were so tired and it was only 1 night. Next time I will stay in my camper or anywhere else. Definitely the last time I would ever consider staying here again. Literally the only good thing about our stay is the Restaurant Amaro's Table across the street. I'm not one to leave a poor review but it was truly a let down.

No flexibility to check-in early. WIFI internet did not work for our entire stay - front desk said it would be corrected by a certain time and it wasn't. Spacious room - but pretty rustic with apparently no updates in years. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Convenient location right off the highway.

This is the sort of accommodation that I would not stay in unless it was the only convenient choice. We wanted to be close to Mt. St. Helen and this hotel seemed flawed but possible. The carpet was stained and the plumbing was poor. The bathroom faucet leaked, the shower had little pressure, and it did not drain readily. I'm glad the toilet worked! The linens and towels were very nice and clean. It is between two busy roads, but I did not find the traffic noise too bad. If you are very picky you will hate this place, but it is a "possible".

This is a good value for the price. We were one of only a few customers, which surprised us. The rooms are clean and spacious, there's a great restaurant directly across the street, and there's easy access back to the interstate. There are cookies, fruit, and water on checkin.

I requested a room on the 2nd floor which I was given. It was spacious with a small fridge and microwave, coffee pot ,TV and a desk to use for my laptop. The room was very clean with adequate lighting.

We arrived around 7:30 pm. The associate told us that the hotel was 50% booked, however, there were no cars visible in the parking lot. When we entered the room, the carpet was disgusting. The bedding appeared to be new, but there were two spots on it. There were rust drip spots on the ceiling. I can see that there were attempts to make the room have all of the amenities, but it would have been better to ensure that the room was spotless. We had friends traveling with us and their room was also unacceptable. Their carpet was filthy and the toilet was not clean. Outside of their room, there were two mattresses and a couch leaning against the outside wall of the next building. I told the associate that we could not stay in the rooms. He seemed incredulous. He told me that he could not give me a refund because they were booked through Expedia. I took him to our room and showed him my concerns. He did offer to show me another room. Unfortunately, to have two rooms that were both so disgusting, I did not want to stay in this hotel. We left and had to drive around looking for a new place to stay. We did find a hotel that was much cleaner. I can understand that this hotel has tried to keep abreast of the things other hotels have added. Unfortunately, the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced before adding a refrigerator. When I called Expedia, I was told that they could not issue a refund without the hotel's approval.
