The cosy and well-furnished apartment “Tenuta Naiano Leonardo” is situated in a rural area outside of Cavaion Veronese, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, and is only a short drive from the shores of Lake Garda.

The 70 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, a dryer, a fireplace and cable television, while a highchair is available on request. The spacious outdoor area, shared with the apartment upstairs, with views over the vineyards boasts a lush garden with a dinner table and lounge furniture, where you can relax under the parasols, play table tennis or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. After a 5-minute drive (2.4 km) to Cavaion Veronese, you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants. A pharmacy is located a 7-minute drive (4.4 km) away. The lovely lakeside town of lazise is a 12-minute drive (8 km) from the property. There you can stroll about the old centre, enjoy the many cafés and great restaurants and also relax on Lake Garda’s only sandy beach. From the apartment, you can also explore the scenic region and get to Verona, as well as to the international airport, after a 30-minute drive (20-30 km). Furthermore, Venice lies a 90-minute drive or 150 km from the property

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
