Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The price is very reasonable and the central location is excellent, everything (in town) can be done walking. The apartment itself is small but functional, for one or two persons.
Note that the bed is a sofa bed, which uses quite a bit of the small space unless you fold it every morning.
The unit itself is somewhat old and in need of an upgrade of certain features. The shower is very small, so is the kitchen.
Note that you need your own bedding / towels or you will need to add it to the rental price and get it from the agency. The supply of basic products (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products) is very limited.
The agency managing the unit is efficient.
The check in / check out process is simple enough.
It is surprising that in an apartment building you have to dispose of the trash and recycling outside in the city facilities. Even if most of them are close by.
The listing is very unclear about the parking facilities which are available: in the street there is a fee to be paid all day everyday (except at night) and the free parking is certainly not as close as suggested!
The fact that the default communication language (email) from Interhome is German is surprising for a unit in France, I had to make multiple requests to get English or French versions of the various communications.... yes, it can be translated online but still!
