Just 20 minutes from ST TROPEZ lies the town of CAVALAIRE-SUR-MER, which will charm you with its tranquillity, its harbour and its shops.
The refinement of a modern and new villa, completely tastefully renovated in 2024 and equipped with air conditioning, very functional, with all the desired comforts and beautiful panoramic sea views in a very quiet residential area.
With a sleek designer interior and a fireplace, a heated swimming pool is available as an option (at an additional cost). The villa has its own petanque court and a beautiful shaded terrace with an exceptional sea view for lunch. The newly landscaped garden, full of flowering plants, will charm you.
This modern villa will seduce you with its spacious living area opening onto a large terrace with panoramic sea views. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms en-suite, so all four with their own bathroom with fantastic sea views, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom even has its own balcony with seating and a coffee machine so you can wake up peacefully in the morning and enjoy the view!
There is a outdoor parking for two cars on the property. In the street below, you will find parking for several cars.
The shops and beaches of Cavalaire are only a 5-minute drive away. The harbour offers numerous restaurants, organises evening markets in the summer, and on the beach you can have lunch in various beach restaurants where you can rent sun loungers.
