Upon checking in, had to wait for staff to get done with their conversation with coworkers. When entering the room, the fridge was not working when calling the front desk. They told me that the maintenance guy was gone and that I would have to wait. I purposely get hotels with fridges for my insulin. Had to go get ice. The ice room was disgusting. The same trash was in there for two nights and three days, the hot tub was green.

This is a nice, basic motel. Parking was easy, the room was clean, the breakfast is standard but good, and it felt safe. The lighting in the parking lot and outside of the rooms is very bright and made me feel safe at night. Checking in was fast and simple. The bed and bedding was super comfortable and the best part about this motel. I would stay here again.

The picture online looked nice. The place looked like it hadn’t been updated since 1970. The toilet seat was literally falling off. There were no grab bars in the bathroom. We got one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash rag each for 3 days. Light above vanity flickered all the time. Not enough plugs and some plugs didn’t work. Found someone who stayed prior pants on the nightstand. Paint was orange on one wall and tan on another. Prior plugs were covered with metal and painted orange. Only one real chair to sit on. The other was a broken office chair with no cushioning. It was in the lowest position and wouldn’t go up. It was dirty. We didn’t have an extra towel to put on it to cover the dirt. Breakfast was lacking. No fruit. Yogurt wasn’t good. Eggs were fake. Bacon was see through. No place to park near our room. There were 7 spaces and 6 rooms. However, the other rooms were being rented by construction workers and they all had their own cars and more than one person and vehicle per room. Even though I have a handicap permit, we weren’t able to park anywhere near our room the entire 3 days. Won’t be staying at Quality Inn again anywhere and won’t recommend them to others.

Mediocre room, terrible service, no maintenance.

Stayed here for the nearby ski resort. Come into the room and instead of a closet/closet space there was a wardrobe cabinet? Microwave and mini fridge were in a weird wall cubby though. Handle was missing in bathtub and weird holes in random places. Shower head only worked out of one hole. Bathtub was disgusting. Mismatched or non working lights. Room keeping never stopped by even though they were requested twice. Felt like pulling teeth to even just get the towels replaced. Indian owned and with how they acted, I don’t think the kids that worked for them even knew why things were so bad. The breakfast, even when served “fresh” was cold and hard. Card reader for pool area didn’t work. Would not return to this location if I came back to Cedar City.
