Stayed here with my 90 year old mom. Accessibility room was great. The bathroom was very spacious and the entire room was comfortable! The staff was kind and helpful. Suggestion: handicap accessible rooms should be located on the ground floor in case the elevator is not operating.

The room was very dirty when we arrived - the bath tub was filthy and the sofa bed needed to be cleaned. We did not get sheets for the sofa bed. The pool area was covered in dirty towels and the hot tub was dirty. The staff was helpful but it was a bit too late since it was after 8 pm that we arrived. I had small children who needed to go to bed. We were extremely unhappy since we had stayed there before and it was a good experience the first time.

The room was nice but there were ants on the nightstand and we took the shuttle to the airport at 6.30am. The girl driving the bus didn't help us load our luggage or anything. She just got in the driver seat and I asked her if we put our luggage in the back and she said “yes”. Didn't get out to open the door or anything. My son loaded every ones luggage for them. Even people we weren't with. Poor customer service.
