There wasn't any valet, they overbooked rooms & so we didnt get the room we booked. They did not address this at the front desk while checking us in or apologize. We found out upon checking in & calling down to the front desk & asking why we were in the wrong room set up.

Charged more than what was explained on Expedia and directions on parking were not clear. Paid twice. Hotel was eh, nothing special. Paid almost $400 for one night and there wasn’t any body wash in the shower and the water pressure sucked. Staff wasn’t helpful with anything.

Clean room, great food from room service. But for the price send out real silverware, eating with cheap plastic is for cheap hotels. Hilton Doubletree is in its own class.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I can remember. Everyone in the hotel was not only efficient, but really collegial. The hotel was comfortable and spotless and it had the fastest elevators I can remember. (We were in a family wedding party, so went up and down between rooms and the hospitality suite and never had to wait more than a minute or two.
