We had a lovely stay! The location was wonderfulâjust a short walk to the beach, which made it easy and enjoyable with a toddler. The RV park was very family-friendly, with a great playground on-site. We especially enjoyed the cozy propane fire pit area, which was beautifully sheltered by trees. Our host, Kris, was greatâvery responsive and helpful over text whenever we had questions. Weâd definitely come back!
Was a beautiful spot with a 4 minute walk to the lake across the street. The RV park had a great park for our 4 year old and everyone was very social. You will need to bring your own towels and bedding but donât forget kitchen cloths and towels as well. The kitchen had enough dishes and pots etc but the spices were limited to salt and pepper. Youâll also need to bring oil or Pam. They had a few containers for leftovers and foil for us to use. The only thing Iâd say is reach out to the owners as theyâll ask you to dump the grey water before you leave. Unfortunately we had already departed when we got that message. Also, the entrance is off the main Street. Google brought us to the entrance up top which isnât correct. Look forward to coming back!
Location of the site is perfect and quite. The lake and beach is totally awesome. Boat Launch and gas store a block away. (Icecream) The hosts were supper nice and kool to deal with. We have been going to the Shuswap for many many years staying all over. This is close to #1 for the price, Outstanding Vacation our family enjoyed.
We had a great time. The property offered a camping in the woods kind of feel with itâs different levels of sitting areas and tall, mature trees, while at the same time having great air conditioning, amenities, and access to a great beach area on the lake. There were a few glitches getting into the resort, but I think it was partially the resorts issue. We wouldnât hesitate staying here again and would easily recommend it to anyone.
