Thank you so much for your availability. I am shorter therefore the mirror in the bathroom was too high, could barely see in it. I really needed a mirror in the back bedroom. Our stay was due to coming back for a funeral. The price was doable especially after the expense of airline tickets. Quiet neighborhood, very little traffic.

2nd Summer Trip to Rathbun

This is the 2nd time this summer staying at Journey II Cabin. We LOVE the entire experience - the cabin is spacious, well stocked with all of the amenities, clean, easy to get to. Fishing on the lake was "meh", but we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the cabin. Will surely plan on another trip (or 2) next summer!

We had 4 adults, a 16 year old, and a 3 year old with us. Minutes from the lake. We had a couple of rainy days and the home had plenty of games and streaming tv to keep us entertained along with a close town having nice shopping and dining options. Spacious and updated home. Wonderful stay.

It worked fine for us as it was in driving distance to a family function we had nearby. Cute house, just not the best smelling or cleanest. Lots of dead bugs…on the bed, in the fridge/freezer, the shower and all over the floor. We also had to supply our own toilet paper.

Good Place to Hang out Over the weekend

Place is relative cheap compare to other places near by. House is an older built and but our stay was comfortable. Small house, sleep max of 6 people. Large front deck, a few broken chairs. Electrical and kitchen appliances work. Shower has hot water. Dish washer and laundry machine work. We could find any extra garbage bags. Quiet neighborhoods. Pretty good size parking space, fits about 3 cars. With boat, only 2. TV and internet. A few kitchen supplies are emptied. No direct phone or message to owner. My only option of communication was email. Overall I say it is a good place to stay for a few days.
