The condo is 128m² and on the first floor, located inside Palm Hills Golf & Country Club, the condo has a large living/dining area with a modern open European style kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a utility room for laundry and storage. The Condo is fully furnished with high-quality furniture and tastefully decorated throughout. From the two balconies, you have a direct view of the magnificent golf course and hole#15.

When renting the condo guests get a 50% discount on the green fee when playing on the Palm Hills golf course.
Right next to the condo is a Sports Club with a free big swimming pool and a poolside snack bar/restaurant and Wi-Fi.
For a small fee, it is possible to make use of other facilities like tennis courts, squash, badminton, snooker room, and a fitness room.
Location;
The condo is located around 8 Km from Hua Hin so some kind of transport is needed. It is possible to make arrangements to be picked up and taken to Hua Hin at a reasonable price or a motorbike or car can be rented at good prices.
