Spacious 6-person ground floor villa with pool, garden & Chalais chateau views.
You feel on top of the world at villa Grenadier at the small holiday domain Grand Tourtre, just outside the market town of Chalais. Tucked away in an elevated position this spacious and comfortable villa is ideal for a family holiday in the Charente, weekend or short breaks, and is also a great base for guests attending weddings in the area. It has great views over the open countryside and Chalais Chateau is in full view. A swim in your pool gives you the same view. A short drive, bike ride or walk brings you to the market town of Chalais with all its amenities including bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. It has 1 King-size bedroom, the master, with it's en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The other 2 rooms, a double and twin room both share a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a seperate toilet. Open plan living space invites everyone to spend time together. Outside you will find a decked terrace with table and chairs, a 8mx4m alarmed pool, a BBQ, partly enclosed garden and parking space for 2 cars. Tennis courts, petanque piste, ping pong table and a children's play area are onsite (you are the closed villa to the tennis courts and petanque!) and shared with other holiday makers onsite.
